Promotional Terms and conditions
All members and their guests must complete and return a Waiver and Release Form prior to participating in the class.
Offer terms (free friend entry)
Offer valid from 1 June to 30 June 2026, inclusive, unless withdrawn earlier in accordance with these terms.
Eligible members means persons who hold an active, valid membership during the offer period, or persons who have purchased a valid casual pass for the relevant visit, and who, at the time of entry, are not subject to suspension, cancellation, arrears, or access restrictions.
Eligible members may bring one or more friends for free per visit during the offer period (subject to capacity).
Free friend entry is only available when friends attend with the eligible member.
The eligible member must be present with their friend or friends at the time of entry.
Each friend must register for the class and complete the account setup, waiver, and check-in before entry. Friends who have not completed registration cannot be admitted.
Registrations must be completed via My Fit Pro at least 30 minutes prior to class starting, unless otherwise permitted by staff.
Entry is subject to venue capacity, opening hours, age restrictions, safety requirements, and staff directions. Entry may be refused once capacity is reached.
The offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
The offer cannot be used with any other promotion, discount, pass, or offer unless expressly stated.
The business may refuse entry or withdraw access where there is suspected misuse, unsafe behaviour, breach of venue rules, or failure to comply with these terms.
The business may amend, suspend, or cancel the offer where reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical error, safety concerns, capacity issues, operational requirements, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Applicable law: The law of the State of Queensland applies to this agreement.
Prize draw details (how you win)
Promotion name: Brisbane Dance Fitness “Bring a Friend” Prize Draw.
Promotion period: 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 (inclusive).
How to enter:
Each visit during the promotion period where an eligible member attends with at least one friend who registers for and attends the same class and completes all required steps (registration/waiver/check‑in) grants that eligible member one entry into the prize draw.
One or more entries per eligible visit. Friends do not receive entries.
Prizes:
10x Brisbane Dance Fitness sweat towels (one prize per winner) or a branded item of equal value as determined by the business. Maximum one prize per member across the promotion, even if drawn more than once; any subsequent draw for the same member will be redrawn.
Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
Draw details:
Draw date and time: Monday, 1 July 2026 at 8:00 pm AEST.
Location: Camp Hill School of Arts Hall (QLD).
Method: random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
Winner notification and claim:
Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw.
To claim, winners must collect their prize during a class in person by 31 July 2026. Winners may be required to present ID and/or membership details. Prizes not claimed by 31 July 2026 will be forfeited and a redraw conducted as set out below.
If a prize is unclaimed by 31 July 2026, a redraw will occur on Monday, 3 August 2026 at 8:00 pm AEST at the same location and by the same method. Redraw winners will be notified by email within 2 business days.
Entry validity and conduct:
Entries are deemed received when recorded in the business’s systems. The business is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries arising from technical or operational issues.
The business may invalidate entries reasonably suspected to involve misconduct, manipulation, ineligible participation, incomplete, duplicated, or falsified registrations, or breach of these terms.
Publicity:
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the reasonable use of their first name/initial and likeness for promotion-related announcements (e.g., on the business’s website or social channels), unless they notify the business otherwise.
Privacy:
Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and provide services and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the same website as these terms. You may access and correct your personal information using the contact details provided there.
Liability:
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, the business is not liable for any loss arising in connection with the promotion except to the extent caused by its negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL.
