3x fabric

Level up your high band and booty routines with fabric resistance bands. They’ll stay put so you never need to adjust during the routines! No more rolling up or sliding around.

What to bring

  • Water

  • Yoga mat

  • Weights (2-3kg is a great place to start)

  • Resistance bands

  • Mini ball

The most important equipment is your water and yoga mat. You can bring a soft towel for our floor routines if you don't own a yoga mat yet.

You can do the class without weights, bands or balls to start.

Bands and balls can be purchased above and collected in class.
