booking your first class

There are a few options to choose from! If you’re planning to come more than once per week, our unlimited membership is the best value.

Our new member special is $49 for two weeks of unlimited class (in-person and live stream access included).

If you’re coming in-person, you can also add resistance bands or balls to your order and pick these up in class.
