New to dance fitness?
You’ll fit right in.
Been meaning to try Brisbane Dance Fitness? This is a lovely time to join us.
We’re starting a new Thursday morning class, so you can be part of it from the beginning. Come solo or invite a friend, find your spot and settle into four weeks of dancing together.
You can take your time learning the routines. There’s plenty of room for a missed step, a laugh and another go.
Four Thursdays, just for you
Your Mornsie Pop-Up Pass includes one class on each of these dates:
Thursday 19 November
Thursday 26 November
Thursday 3 December
Thursday 10 December
Every class starts at 9:30am at Morningside School of Arts Hall.
The pass covers this four-week pop-up series, with no ongoing membership commitment.
Make Thursday
your dancing day
One morning in your week to step away from the to-do list, turn up the music and have some fun.
Across the series, you’ll have time to find your feet, get to know familiar faces and discover whether a Thursday morning class fits your routine.
At $16.25 per class, the Mornsie Pop-Up Pass makes it easy to give the whole series a go.
What to expect in class
The format of this class is SHiNE Dance Fitness.
SHiNE Dance Fitness is a feel-good, high-cardio dance workout set to today’s hits across a wide variety of music and dance styles. Intentionally choreographed and driven by the energy of the music, each class delivers a powerful aerobic workout in an inclusive, supportive environment that helps you move confidently and feel empowered.
You can keep the moves low-impact, take breaks whenever you need, and build confidence over time.
The goal is not to be perfect.
The goal is to move, sweat, smile and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
This is perfect if you…
Want to try dance fitness without committing to a membership
Feel nervous about joining a new class
Are getting back into exercise
Want a fun alternative to the gym
Prefer adult fitness classes over traditional dance classes
Like the idea of moving to today’s hit music
Want a supportive class where you can go at your own pace
Need flexibility with in-person and live stream options
If you’ve been thinking, “I should really do something for myself,” this is your sign.
What our members say
Meet your instructors
Classes are led by Danni, who has been dancing since she could walk. Fiona will be there to support and help you settle in.
Danni’s teaching style is fun, energetic and easy to follow. She’ll guide you through the class with options so you can move in a way that suits your fitness level.
You won’t be expected to know the moves. You won’t be singled out. And you won’t need to perform.
Just come along, enjoy the music and let yourself have fun.
Where and when are the classes?
Classes are held in Morningside School of Arts Hall, with a live stream option available if you prefer to join from home.
Thursdays at 9:30am:
