instructor

Hey! I'm Fiona. I'm your local dance fitness instructor and I can't wait to meet you.

I've been teaching dance fitness classes for over 12 years, so you’re in good hands. I started out as a total beginner in a dance fitness class and it was love at first class. I loved it so much that, after a couple of years (and a lot of encouragement from my mentor!), I decided to train as an instructor. So I understand what it’s like to walk into your first class feeling worried that you won’t be able to do it. You can!

I’m also a tech startup founder with background working in corporate IT roles, but teaching dance fitness is my passion. When I look out at the people on the dance floor and I can see how happy they are in my class, and knowing that they feel better walking out the door than they did walking in, it fills me with joy.

At home, I’m a mum of two primary school age daughters (and hopefully future instructors) and a Jack Russell named Rosie.

If you like to work out to good music, get sweaty, and have a laugh at the same time, you'll be in good company with me.
