All members and their guests must complete and return a Waiver and Release Form prior to participating in the class.

Promotion terms: winter bingo challenge

1. Promoter: The promoter is Brisbane Dance Fitness, ABN 69 937 312 247, Camp Hill, Queensland, Australia, hello@brisbanedancefitness.com.

2. Promotion period: 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 inclusive, ending at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 August 2026.

3. “Eligible participants” means persons who hold an active, valid Brisbane Dance Fitness membership during the Promotion Period, or persons who have purchased a valid casual pass for the relevant visit, and who, at the time of entry, are not subject to suspension, cancellation, arrears, or access restrictions.

4. Entries and prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or any other benefit.


5. The Promotion cannot be used with any other promotion, discount, pass, or offer unless expressly stated.

6. The business may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical error, safety concerns, capacity issues, operational requirements, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

7. The business may refuse entry or withdraw access where there is suspected misuse, unsafe behaviour, breach of venue rules, or failure to comply with these terms.


8. The business may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical error, safety concerns, capacity issues, operational requirements, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.


9. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Applicable law: The law of the State of Queensland applies to this agreement.

Prize draw details (how you win)

14. Promotion name: Brisbane Dance Fitness “Winter Bingo Challenge” Prize Draw.

15. Promotion period: 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 inclusive, ending at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 August 2026.

16. How to enter:

To enter the Promotion, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:

• collect a Winter Bingo Challenge card from Brisbane Dance Fitness;

• complete one or more challenge squares on the bingo card by participating in the listed activities;

• have completed challenge squares verified by Brisbane Dance Fitness staff, where required; and

• submit their completed bingo card to Brisbane Dance Fitness by the end of the Promotion Period.

Each completed row on the bingo card equals one entry into the prize draw. A completed row may be horizontal, vertical or diagonal, unless otherwise stated on the bingo card.

If a participant completes the entire bingo card, their full-card completion will be treated as an instant prize claim rather than entries into the prize draw. Participants who complete the entire bingo card during the Promotion Period will receive one instant prize, subject to verification, prize availability, and these Terms and Conditions.

Incomplete, illegible, altered, lost, late or incorrectly submitted bingo cards may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. One bingo card may be submitted per person, unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

14. Prizes:

    1. A total of 10 Brisbane Dance Fitness sweat towels are available as prizes across the Promotion, either as instant prizes for full-card completion or as prize draw prizes, or a branded item of equal value as determined by the business.

    2. Maximum one prize per participant across the Promotion. Participants who receive an instant prize for completing the entire bingo card are not eligible to win an additional prize in the prize draw. If a participant who has already received a prize is drawn, their entry will be redrawn.

    3. The number of prizes available in the prize draw will be reduced by the number of instant prizes awarded during the Promotion Period. If all 10 prizes are awarded as instant prizes before the draw, no prize draw will take place.

    4. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

15. Draw details:

    1. Draw date and time: Wednesday, 2 September 2026 at 8:00 pm AEST.

    2. Location: Camp Hill School of Arts Hall (QLD).

    3. Method: random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

16. Winner notification and claim:

    1. Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw.

    2. To claim, winners must collect their prize during a class in person by 30 September 2026. Winners may be required to present ID and/or membership details. Prizes not claimed by 30 September 2026 will be forfeited and a redraw conducted as set out below.

    3. If a prize is unclaimed by 30 September 2026, a redraw will occur on Monday, 5 October 2026 at 8:00 pm AEST at the same location and by the same method. Redraw winners will be notified by email within 2 business days.

17. Entry validity and conduct:

    1. Entries are deemed received when the completed bingo card is submitted to, and verified by, Brisbane Dance Fitness staff. The business is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

    2. Where a challenge square involves leaving a review, the review must reflect the participant’s genuine and honest experience. Participants are not required to leave a positive review, and the content or rating of the review will not affect eligibility.

    3. Social media activities: Where a challenge square involves posting about or tagging Brisbane Dance Fitness on social media, participants must tag the official Brisbane Dance Fitness Instagram account @brisbanedancefitness and/or the official Brisbane Dance Fitness Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/brisbanedancefitness. Participants are responsible for ensuring the post, story, or tag is visible to Brisbane Dance Fitness for verification during the Promotion Period. For temporary content such as Instagram or Facebook Stories, participants may be required to show Brisbane Dance Fitness staff a screenshot or other evidence of the post for verification. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.

    4. The business may invalidate entries reasonably suspected to involve misconduct, manipulation, ineligible participation, incomplete, duplicated, or falsified registrations, or breach of these terms.

18. Publicity:

    1. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the reasonable use of their first name, initial, and any prize collection photo or video taken with their consent for promotion-related announcements, unless they notify the business otherwise.

19. Privacy:

    1. Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and provide services and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the same website as these terms. You may access and correct your personal information using the contact details provided there.

20. Liability:

    1. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, the business is not liable for any loss arising in connection with the promotion except to the extent caused by its negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL.
